What you'll do:

• Develop and schedule daily social media content across Roosevelt Financial's platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter)
• Create engaging multimedia content including graphics, videos, and written posts that explain financial concepts in accessible terms
• Research industry trends and monitor social media conversations to identify relevant engagement opportunities
• Respond to comments and messages in a timely, professional manner while maintaining brand voice
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader campaign initiatives
• Analyze social media metrics and prepare weekly performance reports
• Assist in developing social media strategies to promote our low-APR loan products and financial education resources

Qualifications:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• Demonstrated understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Basic experience with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Genuine interest in financial literacy and helping others achieve financial wellness
• Portfolio or examples of previous social media work preferred but not required
